St. Patrick’s Day talent show a hit

Our 2nd annual St. Patrick’s Day Talent Show was a fabulous success!

Students showcased a slew of their talents. Among the acts, there were virtuosic piano, guitar and fiddle performances, hilarious skits, a stirring recitation of Walt Whitman’s “O Captain! My Captain!”

Two students performed their own, original piano compositions. We saw students display their step-dancing wizardry. There were stunning vocal performances of “Attende Domine” and “Ave Verum Corpus.”

To conclude, several of the students and stuff combined to perform a polyphonic version of “St. Patrick’s Breastplate.” It was a fittingly prayerful conclusion to the festivities.

Thank you to all who joined us, including a couple of the dear SOLI sisters. What a fitting way to celebrate one of the greatest saints of all time!
