Financial Aid

Limited bursaries are available based on financial need for all families, new or returning. A separate application is required to be submitted through the FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) program. FAST is a third-party financial service that serves the needs of independent schools across Canada. Bursary awards are based on both financial need and the available funds we have to distribute from our Family Tuition Assistance Program for the academic year. Process of Application

1. APPLY Go to the Financial Services website, create an account and fill out the application. Be sure to have your paperwork gathered before you sit down to fill it out. Filling out the application can take between 4-6 hours. There is an application fee to be paid by each family who applies. You can apply for financial assistance at the same time you submit your application for the school.
2. APPLICATION RECEIVED BY OLWCS It takes the Financial Services firm between 2-3 weeks to process an application. They will communicate directly and confidentially with the school.
3. TUITION UPDATES Tuition Assistance notifications are distributed to families during the summer, before the academic school year begins.
