Today, Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic School is announcing the launch of its annual End-of-Year-Campaign, with a goal of $75,000.
Wayside’s End-of-Year Campaign is critical for setting the school up for success in the coming school year. Funds raised will be used to top up our Tuition Assistance Fund, hire much-needed staff, and make critical improvements to our building and equipment.
“All signs suggest that Wayside is going to blow past its previous enrolment record in the coming year,” said Wayside Headmaster John Jalsevac. “However, with increased enrolment comes increased needs.”
Foremost among Wayside’s needs is to increase funds available for our Tuition Assistance program, thereby ensuring that more families can afford to send their children to Wayside. In addition, Wayside is urgently in need of hiring another high school humanities teacher, while our building is in need of critical improvements.
“Your donation ensures not only that Wayside’s joyfully Catholic and rigorously classical model of education is affordable,” said Jalsevac, “but also that we can plan confidently and ambitiously for the future.”
