Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic School is an independent Roman Catholic K-12 school of the Diocese of Peterborough Ontario committed to providing an authentic Catholic liberal arts education.
Our Lady of the Wayside is seeking an experienced Part Time Secretary Monday through Thursday 8:15am-1:00 pm.
The ideal candidate will be a person committed to the new evangelization with a passion for accompanying and mentoring young people in their Catholic Christian walk, committed to excellence, professional, flexible and collaborative.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- secretarial and/or organizational management experience
- excellent computer skills – Word, Excel and ability to learn other educational platforms
- some website/social media skill or ability to learn
- excellent written and oral skills
- good time management, organizational ability, and initiative
- good people skills
