Patrick Gomes

Patrick Gomes is passionate about helping students discover the truth, goodness, and beauty found in both their Catholic faith and their education. He has experience teaching students across elementary and secondary levels, including experience teaching IGCSE courses under Pearson and Edexcel. He is especially grateful for the opportunity to teach within the classical Catholic tradition at Our Lady of the Wayside, where he hopes to foster a love of learning, strong habits of virtue, and a deeper appreciation for God’s creation. In the classroom, Patrick enjoys encouraging students to ask thoughtful questions, develop their reasoning skills, and grow in confidence as they pursue knowledge and wisdom. He looks forward to building strong relationships with his students and their families and to making the classroom a place of joy, curiosity, friendship, and faith.
