Lisa Canning is a bestselling author, speaker, and entrepreneur with a passion for helping families discover the beauty of an authentically Catholic education. As Wayside's Director of Enrolment, Marketing & Advancement, she delights in welcoming new families into the school community while fostering meaningful partnerships with the generous donors and supporters who make the school's mission possible. She believes that investing in Catholic education is one of the most enduring gifts we can offer future generations. Lisa studied Fashion Communications at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) before building a successful career in television and media, appearing on HGTV, The Today Show, Hallmark Home & Family, Fox & Friends, and EWTN. She is the author of The Possibility Mom and a sought-after speaker who encourages women to embrace God's unique calling for their lives with total surrender. At home, Lisa and her husband, Josh, are raising eleven children, giving her a deep appreciation for the joys and challenges of family life. Her Catholic faith is at the heart of everything she does, and she considers it a privilege to invite others to participate in Wayside's mission of forming young people in wisdom, virtue, and the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty.
