Kelly Peeters

After completing her degree, Kelly taught within the local board of education, grades JK-10, primarily in the Lindsay area. Early on in family life, she and her husband Jim decided to homeschool until 2016, when five of their seven children attended Wayside and Kelly had the privilege to teach in the primary division. The three youngest Peeters girls and Kelly find themselves happily back again at Wayside, after providing care to extended family members and delving more deeply into a Classical Learning approach to homeschooling. They especially enjoyed a course on the imaginative and gentle logic of C.S. Lewis! Kelly is grateful for any time with her family, whether it be sharing a meal on a back porch, biking, hiking, camping, reading, game playing or a lovely visit to an ocean or lake!
