Biography
SISTER MARY AUGUSTINE HARDY, SOLI is a member of the religious community of the Sisters of Our Lady Immaculate, based in Glen Morris, ON. Having made her Final Profession of Vows in 2011, Sister Mary Augustine has been blessed to participate in the apostolate of catechetics in the various mission houses of her Community, such as Port Hood, NS; Thorold, Barry’s Bay, Cambridge and Peterborough, ON; and most recently, in Glen Morris, ON.
She loves music, walks in nature, and above all, evangelizing and teaching the Catholic Faith!
As a catechist, she has helped to plan and run weekend retreats for youth in various dioceses across Ontario and has also served as catechist for both children (Kindergarten to Grade 12) and adults for many years, in the diocese of St. Catharines, ON. For the past year, in the Diocese of Hamilton, she was a retreat coordinator/ planner, where she assisted in planning and leading Sacramental retreats for children and youth.
